How do I choose the right vanity size?
Measure the width, height, and depth of your available space, and be sure there’s enough clearance for open doors and drawers.
Consider how much countertop space you’ll need. Larger bathrooms often benefit from wider vanities, while smaller spaces are best suited to compact single sinks and smaller vanities.
Are sinks and countertops included?
Our vanities are all customizable, you can add on any sink and countertop option of your choice. We are happy to provide suggestions for your design.
Do you offer custom sizes or finishes?
We offer a standard vanity size of 30, 36, 48 & 60.
Our Joseph Collection current offers include 4 colours (White, Softer-Tan, Debonair Blue & Jade Dragon) and the choice to provide a custom colour.
Our Rosseau Collection current offers include 2 stain colours (Chocolate & Clear).

Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
We specialize in delivering premium bathroom vanities directly to your front door. Because these items are substantial in size and require delicate handling, we follow a specialized shipping process to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition.
We proudly ship anywhere in Canada free of charge. For international shipping inquiries, please connect with us via live chat, email, or phone.
Manufacturing: 3-7 business days
Shipping: 3–8 days
Estimated Delivery Time: 2–3 weeks
Tracking Notification: As soon as your vanity leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Delivery Appointment: Once the shipment reaches your local terminal, the carrier will call you to schedule a specific delivery window.
Front Door Delivery: Your vanity will be delivered curbside or to your front door/driveway.
Note: For safety and insurance reasons, drivers are not permitted to bring the vanity inside your home, upstairs, or into a specific room (e.g., the bathroom). We recommend having assistance available on delivery day to move the item indoors.
Can I track my order?
Yes — once your vanity ships you will receive tracking details via email.
What delivery service is used?
Standard delivery is typically curbside service to your address. Product is delivered on a pallet to your home.
Returns
What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request/inquire a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Once approved returns are received, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Are there any restocking fees?
No restocking fee of the products when met with our return policy conditions. If your item is accepted for return you'll be responsible for all return shipping costs.

Product Care & Installation
How do I care for my vanity?
Use mild, non-abrasive cleaners and avoid harsh chemicals. Wipe surfaces dry when exposed to water to extend the life of your finish and hardware. A small colour match vial of touch up paint will be included with your purchase.
Do you provide installation instructions?
Yes, vanities come with an installation information packet. We also provide a step-by-step video(s) on our youtube page.

Product Features & Specifications
What materials are your vanities made from?
Our vanities use high-quality materials sourced from Canada. Specific materials vary by collection and include solid white oak and painted MDF.
Each product will have specifications on the product page as well as a link to a specifications drawing.
What hardware is used on drawers and doors?
We use high-quality hardware, including BLUM soft-close drawer slides and BLUM hinges on our models. Hardware finishes are chosen to complement the overall design of each collection, customizable by you.
