Ian McKee | The Engineer & Visionary
Ian brings a precision-driven mindset to the workshop. Formerly an engineer, he decided to trade the corporate landscape for the family workbench, relocating his family to the serene shores of Muskoka. His background in engineering ensures that every piece we manufacture isn’t just beautiful but built with structural integrity that lasts a lifetime. When he’s not overseeing production, Ian is likely enjoying life in cottage country with his wife (a dedicated naturopath), their son, daughter, and the family dog. For Ian, this business is about building a legacy his kids can be proud of.
Robyn Ulmer | The Modern Strategist
Robyn joined her brother on this journey to bring their family’s traditional roots into the digital age. Based in California, Robyn bridges the gap between Canadian manufacturing and a seamless online experience our customers love. Life in California is a bit of a whirlwind; she is luckily married to her “favourite guy” (a hard-working NHL hockey coach) and together they are raising two daughters and their loyal Labrador Retriever. Robyn’s perspective ensures our brand stays at the cutting edge of convenience, no matter where you’re shopping from.

MCL Vanities is the direct-to-consumer division of McKee Cabinetree Ltd., a Canadian manufacturer with over 40 years of experience in cabinetry and woodworking. All vanities are designed and built in Canada and shipped directly from our facility in Ontario.
